Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return a product or request an exchange, you can do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. We offer free returns, with no additional fees, so you can change your mind with peace of mind. Our goal is to make the return process as easy as possible.

Return Shipping Costs:
Picturale covers the shipping costs for returns and exchanges made within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label via email, which you simply need to print and attach to the package for return. Return shipping costs are completely covered by us, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Return Conditions:
To make a return, the product must be returned under the following conditions:

Note: Customized products, such as those made to order or modified according to your preferences, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund:
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. If the payment was made through PayPal, the refund will appear on your PayPal account within a few hours. If the payment was made with a credit card, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you can do so by following the same return process. Once the returned product is received, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost. If the replacement product has a different price compared to the original, we will charge or credit the difference depending on the situation.
